The Palm Beach Fixer is an insured, owner-operated handyman service based in the Northwood historic district of West Palm Beach. Here is where I actually work.
I am one person, not a dispatch network, so I am honest about geography. The areas below are grouped by how I actually run my week — the neighborhoods around my own front door, the cities closest to the shop, the island and coastal communities, and the places I reach on a planned visit. Every one gets the same work and the same standard.

Northwood
My own neighborhood. 1920s Mediterranean Revival, and I am eight minutes from your door.
El Cid
Mediterranean Revival on the Intracoastal, across the water from Palm Beach. Detailed work, high standard.
Flamingo Park
1920s Mission and Spanish Revival, twenty-eight blocks of it. Character homes with character problems.
Grandview Heights
One of the oldest intact neighborhoods in the city. Craftsman bungalows, walking distance to downtown.
Closest to the shop. Quick to reach, and small jobs still make sense on their own.
West Palm Beach
Home base. Northwood, Flamingo Park, El Cid and the historic districts — a short drive, not a dispatch.
Riviera Beach
Mainland homes and neighborhoods. One of the closest cities to my shop.
Lake Park
Minutes away. Close enough that a single one-hour job is still worth booking on its own.
North Palm Beach
Mid-century village homes at the age where the fixtures all come due at once.
Lake Worth Beach
Historic cottages and bungalows — plaster walls, old wiring, and real character.
Palm Beach Gardens
Gated and HOA communities. Vendor registration and insurance paperwork handled ahead of time.
Lantana
A working mainland town with real history. Practical repairs, honest prices, no upsell.
Hypoluxo
A quiet mainland town on the lagoon with a large retiree population. Plain answers, no upsell.
Barrier-island and oceanfront towns from Jupiter Island down to Gulf Stream. Estate homes and condo towers, where the work is detailed, the buildings have rules, and discretion is part of the job.

Estate properties on the barrier island. Martin County, a genuine drive, and worth scheduling properly.
South Palm Beach
A condo and co-op town on one oceanfront street. Association paperwork handled before I arrive.
Manalapan
A few hundred residents, multi-million-dollar estates, ocean on one side and Intracoastal on the other.
Ocean Ridge
Single-family oceanfront estates on the barrier island, plus the Briny Breezes co-op next door.
Gulf Stream
A small barrier-island estate town built around a country club. Quiet, private, high finish standard.
Served as a planned visit rather than a same-day run. These trips work best with a list of several items to get through in one appointment.
Wellington
Equestrian properties and gated communities. Works best as one scheduled visit with a list.
Royal Palm Beach
Suburban homes from the 80s and 90s, now needing the original everything replaced.
